Court usage during County Champs 2017

With the Leicestershire County Champs kicking off tomorrow (Saturday, July 29), there will be the usual knock-on effect of curtailed court availability at Carisbrooke as our Kenwood Road home is one of the clubs used for matches during a seven-day stretch of the distinguished tournament.

Below is a schedule showing which courts will be out of action from this Saturday, through to next Friday, August 4.

  • Tomorrow (Saturday, July 29): All six of our artificial grass courts will be used for county champs matches from 10am until midday. Three of those artificial grass will then be out of action from midday until 8pm. The two ‘dome’ hard courts are being used for county champs matches from midday until 8pm.
  • Sunday, July 30: As above.
  • Monday, July 31: Three grass and the two ‘dome’ hard courts will be out of action from 5pm onwards.
  • Tuesday, August 1: The two ‘dome’ hard courts will be out of action from 5pm onwards.
  • Wednesday, August 2: Three grass and the two ‘dome’ hard courts will be out of action from 5pm onwards.
  • Thursday, August 3: As above.
  • Friday, August 4: As above.
